Adventure of Link was the second game in the series and featured a completely different gameplay than Legend of Zelda did. Unlike the previous game, this game had a side scrolling view instead of up down. This made the game more like an RPG and more difficult. Many fans to this day still call this the hardest Zelda game ever.

Dispite the difficulty of Adventure of Link, the game itself is not bad. It features a new story similar to Legend of Zelda's, but had some twists in it. Link's only weapon this time around is in fact his sword. With that, he also can use spells. These are critical in completeing the game and makes it far more easier. Adventure of Link should get more respect than it does now.
