Chapter 1 - I'm a Train Engineer
This section of the Walkthrough includes the opening scene of the game. Link drives the Train for the first time and it ends when the Tower breaks apart.
Chapter 2 - Tower of Spirits
This section of the Walkthrough includes Link and Zelda teaming up as a team. They go to the Tower of Spirits, and end when Link gets to borrow the Spirit Train.
Chapter 3 - Lots of Trees
This section of the Walkthrough has Link driving the Spirit Train for the first time. We meet the first Lokomo Gage, and concludes when Link arrives at the Forest Temple.
Chapter 4 - Forest Temple
This section of the Walkthrough includes Link tackling the first dungeon of the game, the Forest Temple. Link gets the Whirlwind and ends when the first set of tracks to the tower are restored.
Chapter 5 - Tower of Spirits Round 2
This section of the Walkthrough includes Link returning to the Tower of Spirits. He and Zelda work their way up and get the second Rail Map.
Chapter 6 - Winter Wonderland
This section of the walkthrough sends Link to the Snow Realm. We meet the Anouki, and battle the first Overworld Boss. Link meets the Snow Lokomo, Steem, and restores the tracks. It ends when we enter the Snow Temple.
Chapter 7 - Snow Temple
This section of the walkthrough takes Link through the 2nd Temple of the game, the Snow Temple. Link finds the Boomerang, and concludes when the 2nd part of the Tower of Spirits is restored.
